Deeper work that opens once enough people ask for it. The founder delivers first, and contractors back him later.
Subscriber discounts
Your plan sets your service price. The lowest plan pays the list price, the middle plan gets a small discount, and the top plan gets the biggest one. Exact numbers show at checkout.

The Mentor Network
A checked list of people who have done it before. Mentors set their own price, or mentor for free and earn rank for it. The list opens once enough people ask for consultations, and every mentor is approved in person before they are listed.

One page before work starts. What you get, when, the price, and what is not included. That last line prevents every dispute.

Deliver
Delivery dates live in the scope document only. You get a reply within one business day, every time.

Debrief
We log the outcome, track quality from day one, and ask for a testimonial when the work earns it.
The rules we work by
The standing rules of every BuildState service. They are short on purpose, and they are binding.
Response time
Within one business day, on every open job. A missed delivery costs more than the fee, so quality is tracked from the first sale.
Delivery dates
Set in the scope document only. Nothing said out loud counts as a date.
Scope boundaries
Every scope document has a line that says what is not included. That line rules. Anything added is scoped and priced, never slipped in quietly.
Founder first delivery
Every service is delivered by the founder before anyone else delivers it. Contractors and mentors inherit a playbook that has worked, never an experiment.
Payments
Only through official BuildState payment links, run by Stripe. Your card details never touch BuildState, and nobody delivering a service will ever ask you to pay another way.
Scheduling
Calls run on everyday scheduling and video tools. BuildState runs the directory and the payments, not the meeting room.
