The plain version
There are two doors. Through the first, we train your existing assistant inside BuildState, on the recipes, the coaches and the tools, until the work they hand you is the work you wanted. Through the second, you bring on a CoPilot from our bench who already knows the BuildState tools, for the hours you need. Either way, you get help without running a hiring process.

Training your assistant costs a flat monthly fee. A CoPilot from our bench is paid by the hour, with the hours written down first and no hidden agency markup.

Every service is delivered by the founder first and backed by the platform you are standing in, the coaches, the Foundry recipes and the tools. Nothing here is resold. If nobody buys a session with the founder, nobody buys one with a stranger.
